- Orders maybe be placed via phone, e-mail or fax.
- Minimum Opening Orders: $200.00
- Reorder Minimum: $75.00
- Opening orders are C.O.D or Credit Card. We accept Visa or Master Card, Paypal (Discover, Amex).

All New accounts are required to complete and sign your Credit Application. Credit orders will be shipped upon approval of credit.

Net 30 invoices must be paid by check within 30 days. No Credit Cards are accepted for Net 30 payments.
- Freight charges are billed to customer. UPS deliveries will require signature. Orders requiring customer service must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
- Prices, products & designs are subject to change without notice.
- Pre approval in writing is required for display of Labella Cartaco Designs™ in advance. No designs may be copied or reproduced in any way without the express written permission of Labella Cartaco Designs™.

♦ BACK ORDERS:
- Back orders will be shipped once merchandise is restocked. Should you not want an item that has been placed on backorder, it is your responsibility to cancel these items.
- Back orders will be shipped via UPS and it is clients' responsibly to pay for shipping.
